“A true leader has the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make tough decisions, and the compassion to listen to the needs of others.” – Douglas MacArthur

One of the reasons I am successful as an instructional leader is because I believe that leadership is not about doing everything and being perfect, but instead inspiring others to reach their highest potential.

Instructional Coaching

I love learning and I love sharing what I know; basically, I love teaching. Facilitating learning for other teachers is one of the most rewarding endeavors a teacher can have. After all, when I teach a child then just that one child benefits from my instruction. When I increase the capacity and knowledge of a teacher, then every student they teach in the future will benefit from my instruction. The gift is multiplied by unknown quantities.
